Record reguralization for each day recorded i.e. if only 6 hours are recorded (when the work schedule is configured for 8 hours) a custom field should record 2 hours.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Successfactors - Employee Central Time Sheet
Reproducing the Issue
- Work Schedule is configured with 8 hours per day.
- When employee records only 6 hours for a particular day in a time sheet, a cusotm field should capture the difference of 2 hours.
- Create a custom field in the Employee Time Sheet Entry object (say ‘Regularization’).
- Add an on Save rule in the ‘Employee Time Sheet Entry’ object to fill this custom field(Shown below).
i.e. once the duration is entered- > Save Draft/Submit the Regularization field will be filled with the difference in number of hours entered with that of the work Schedule (In this screenshot it’s 8 hours per day).
