2724979 - Column headers are missing when export to Excel from "Export Doc Contents" in Detail Document Search

Symptom

  • Column headers missing when export to XLS from Export Doc Contents in Detail Document Search.
  • Column headers are missing in Detail Document Search when exporting to Microsoft Excel.

Environment

 Detail Document Search

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Home > Reporting > Switch To Classic View > Classic Reporting > Detail Document Search
  2. Select Detail Search Radio Button
  3. Document Name > Other > Select the PM Form Template
  4. Status: All (Except Draft and Deleted)
  5. Export File Format: Microsoft Excel
  6. Click on "Export Doc Contents" 
  7. Now go to Schedule Reports > Download the Output file > Open the "DocDetail.xls" file
  8. Column Headers are not present in the output file.

Resolution

Workaround 1:

While Running the Detail Document Search > Export Option > Document Content Fields > Uncheck below 2 checkbox > and click on "Export Doc Contents" > Exported output file will have Column Headers.

Workaround 2:

Select similar parameters for DDS export and select Export option as SuccessFactors v4e > Select Export Doc Content.
