Fields like external code should have unique value in the import file. There are files like BenefitEnrollment.csv, BenefitEnrollment-Insurance Plan Details.csv, BenefitEnrollment-Pension Dependent Nominees.csv, Insurance Plan Enrollment Details-Enrolling For Dependent.csv, etc. where we have this field and similar other fields that should have unique value. Verify that in all the files same unique value (for example A1234) is used for the same field and same user. A mismatch in the value will cause the error.
