Unable to Sync in Outlook Add-in, Error : BC Scoping Error

Reproducing the Issue
Log in to Outlook Add-in.
- Try to sync any Appointment or any email.
- Syn will fail with Error "BC Scopping Error".
This is due to Missing Scoping
Go to Business Configuration.
- Edit Project Scope.
- Go to Questions.
- Go to General Business Data - Business Partners - Handling of Business Partners.
- Scope the question "Do you want to maintain direct responsibilities for Contacts".
