Reproducing the Issue
- Access the client RMK website;
- Go to the account creation/login page;
- Click "Forgot Password"?
- No email will be received
No RMK account created
We have seen scenarios where the candidate started the application process straight from the RCM page, creating only an RCM account. If after that RCM account creation, the candidate forgets his/her password, the password reset request must be performed in the client RCM external page, not RMK, as RMK has never been part of the process. If the client, instead, decides to have a "new" account created in RMK using the same email once used in RCM, they will fall into the process mentioned in this article.
