Issue occurs when Employee Time Object definition is not secured but Respect Permission flag on the corresponding time off workflow confiiguration is set to Yes
If Employee Time object definition security is not enabled, Respect Permission flag for the Time Off workflow configuration must be set to No. Respect Permission flag in the workflow configuration must only be set to Yes when Employee Time object definition is secured.
Note: Change to the workflow configuration will not take effect for the existing workflow requests where issue has occured due to existing reference of the workflow requests to the old workflow configuration. To display proper subject header details for the time off request, affected time off workflows may be withdrawn/declined and then resubmitted for approval.
This issue will get patched on december 7.With this fix, system checks have been added to prevent the issue if the the permission setting in the Employee Time object definition does not align with the Respect Permission setting in respective time off workflow confiiguration.
