2718919 - Delimit Competency Mapping from Job Role Via Import

This article provides steps to remove the competency mapping from the Role using Delimit. If competencies have behaviors, you will need to remove the Competency-Behaviors mapping first.

I. Locate the GUID for the Role

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Job Profile Content
2. In the Select Content Type... dropdown, select Set Up Families and Roles
3. Select the Roles tab to locate the role
4. Navigate to Admin center > Tools > Manage Data
5. In the first Search, select Role
6. In the second Search, select the role to review the related information (Role and Competencies GUID)
   

II. Export Role-Mapped Competencies

III. Delimit the Role in the CSV File

1. In Column B, filter for the role (Column B values are the same as the GUID from I. Locate the GUID for the Role). Column C shows the competency tied to the role.
