Ratings in Trend Blocks (Overall Performance, Potential, Competency, Objective), display a different rating label than what is displayed on the Forms.

Reproducing the Issue
User has a completed PM form that is feeding data to a People Profile Block, but the rating label displayed in the profile is different from what displays in the Profile block.
The Rating Scale defined in Admin Center > Rating Scales, will read data from a different database table than the SysOverall blocks in Profile. For that reason, if you alter the rating scale in Admin Center > Rating Scales, this might not replicate for the profile block, if the user has already data coming from the forms, with the old rating label.
In case you wish to alter a rating scale/label, and you have already launched the forms feeding the ratings to the profile (in case you are using in progress forms data), this won't automatically replicate to the profile. If this is destined for a new Performance form, consider using a different rating scale, in order to avoid creating inconsistencies in the system.
