2717835 - Survey Results are not available in reports at the Account Level

Symptom

You have a survey that has been completed by multiple (different) accounts. You want to see the results of each account in a report format.

You run a report based on survey answers and notice that you only see either the answers to each individual surveys or the person who responded to the survey.

Reproducing the Issue

You have created a survey that was filled out by several accounts. Please, see below for issue description:

  1. Open the Survey work center.
  2. In this example we will use a survey that was completed by four different accounts.
  3. You want to build a report that shows the answers of each completed survey related to one of the accounts.
  4. You open the report based on this and notice there is no field available to showcase the answers on an account level.
  5. You add the Respondent field to the report, but this only shows the user whom the workflow rule was sent.

Resolution

There is currently no report that shows the results of the account.
