Reproducing the Issue
Go to People Profile page and edit the Live Profile Personal Information block. Following error occured
Possible reasons are listed below:
Sensitive fields are set as editable (login method, username)

Some of the fields details are configured incorrect or User information is not valid. To verify and correct it please export the Employee or personal information csv files – see documentation below

HRIS Sync configuration
When Employee Central is enabled specific information are synced from EC to EP and therefore cannot be directly modified on the personal information live profile block. See for reference
