  3. Now click in the Candidates tab and try to search for a Job Req Id that you don't have in your list:

  4. The error appears in the screen:

Cause

This happens because the specific user that is trying to perform the search does not have access to the Job Requsition in the search.

Resolution

The system is structured in a way to prevent that information that someone is not entitled to have access to, meaning that when a User attempts to perform a candidate search, as this case, the system will retrieve all the data using this specific user, so, if the specific user does not have access to the Job Requisition, the system will not be able to retrieve such information.

The way to resolve this would be to adding the specific user that you need to perform this search to a Recruiting Group, in that way he will have access to the requisition and be able to perform the search using the Job Req Id.
