User is unable to create an offer letter with esignature. The DocuSign iFrame is not appearing upon creation of offer letter, and only the message "Draft is saved successfully" appears.

This is caused by duplicate BizX profiles associated to a single email address. As per the RCM Implementation Guide, DocuSign only allows one email address to be tied to one DocuSign recruiting user account per environment (demo and production). Each recruiting user creating Online Offers with eSignature requires a unique email address.
- Request the customer to perform the corrections on the BizX profiles and ensure that each user profile has a unique email address.
