The Import and Export functions allow you to easily move configuration from one version of a site to another, or to create basic site templates.

In Career Site Builder is possible to import and export configuration. Use the following steps to access such options:

1. Click on Tools tab
2. Click on Import & Export
3. Import and Export tabs are available to proceed with the configuration.

Note: Everytime you upload a new XML file, it is possible to revert the changes to the XML imported before to CSB if you click on "From a Previous Configuration" option

Mismatched files could cause your career site to break. Since 2H 2021 release (November 19, 2021), Career Site Builder prevents you from importing an exported file that was saved from a stage/preview environment with higher release version.

"The file you're trying to import from the Stage instance of Career Site Builder uses functionality that isn't yet available in the Production instance.
You can import this file when both the Stage and Production instances are on the same release version, and the new features are available in Production."
