This document aims to explain how to activate the Ticket Auto Refresh feature in SAP Cloud for Customer.
SAP Cloud for Customer / Service
This feature must be activated manually in the Service and Social view of the Administrator work center.
To activate the feature, please follow the below steps:
- Go to the Administrator work center.
- Select the Service and Social view.
- Click on Ticket Configuration.
- Check the box Ticket Auto Refresh.
- Save the changes.
The refresh frequency of the Ticket Auto Refresh is fixed from standard at 2 minutes and there is currently no possibility to change it.
