  • Fail to log in SAP Analytics Cloud tenant after the ADFS certificate expires

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2018

Reproducing the Issue

  1. SAML Identity Provider (IdP) certificate expires 
  2. Fail to log in SAP Analytics Cloud tenant using ADFS SAML SSO

Resolution

If the custom IdP certificate is expired or is about to expire, please open a support ticket (LOD-ANA-BI) with the new metadata and have Operations team upload the new certificate.
