Symptom
Prior to b2011 release, customers were not able to use special characters like Ã, Â, ã, â, ç, etc, on Templates Names and FieldIDs from Recruiting. If so, they were not able to use the template and/or when creating Business Rules in Recruiting. Now, with 2011 release, special characters are supported for both Template Name and Fields IDs.
