  • Server URL wipes out in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Mobile App, when using 2 Factor authentication or getting out of the app

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2018
  • SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile App 2.29

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run Mobile App
  2. Enter Tenant URL
  3. Enter credential (SAML)
  4. 2 factor authentication kicks in
  5. Go to another application to verify the code
  6. Come back to SAC Mobile App
  7. Tenant URL is wiped out and have to start over again.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
