2701078 - My Employees tab - list of subordinates

Symptom

The list of (in)direct reports/subordinates may be seen in two different ways by the supervisor.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Resolution

In the LMS user (as a supervisor) side:

Scenario 1:

  1. My Employees tab >
  2. At the left side, the list of (in)direct reports/subordinates will appear >
  3. Click on the three dots option from any of the users of the list directly > Select an option and come back to the My Employees main page >
  4. The list of users will continue displaying all (in)direct reports/subordinates.

Scenario 2:

  1. My Employees tab >
  2. At the left side, the list of (in)direct reports/subordinates will appear >
  3. Click on one of the users from list > Click on the three dots option > Select an option and come back to the My Employees main page >
  4. The list of users will be minimized, only the clicked user will appear and a button, "Load More" will be available to expand the full list of users.

If a different behavior is desired, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created to have this functionality considered within future development cycles – you can do this on our Customer Influence portal at https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/87.
