2697158 - How to get error log from DocuSign - Onboarding

Symptom

  •  Getting blank page after the password page and not able to proceed with onboarding
  •  Blank page is shown. After submitting password, we see preparing forms for signing intermittently and than blank page is shown.
  •  We are expecting to send the documents to DocuSign after providing the password, but a blank page is displayed.

Environment

Resolution

To get the logs from Docusign pls do following:

- Log into your DocuSign account that is connected to onb account

- Click on your Profile picture > My preferences > Privacy and Security

- Scroll to Request Logging section > Make sure to click on "Clear xx of 50 logs" first

- Then click on Enable logging and SAVE

You can now reproduce the issue in onboarding. Once done, please go back into your DocuSign account and under the same section click on "Download" to get the logs from Docusign.
