2695468 - Maintain Determinations for Customized Party Role

You have customized a Party Role through the activity 'Involved Parties for Sales Orders' in Business Configuration. You tried to maintain the determinations for it, however, the system shows the message: "No records found."

Also, you have maintained the customized Party Role in the Account Master data, however, the system does not trigger the information in sales documents.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Project view.
3. Click on Open Activity List button.
4. Search for: Involved Parties for Sales Orders.
5. Open the activity.
6. Click on Define New Party Role
7. Highlight the party role created.
8. Click on Maintain Determinations button.

The system shows "No records found" as result.

After that, you maintained the information in the Account Master Data, and create a new Sales Order. You expect to see it in Involved Parties tab, however the system does not trigger the information automatically.

This is the system behavior. For Party Roles customized, it's not possible to maintain any determination rule at account levels.

It's only possible to maintain rules for Account Responsibility by Party Role under Employee Work Distribution. Here it's possible to maintain a rule related to the customized Party Role, the country, state, postal code can be changed with respect to Accounts. The combination of the Company and the Account Location can be used to determined the responsibilities for customized roles.
