While submitting Initial Verification in E-verify page , Error message is shown which says : Initial Verification failed: Error Code [00-02117]. Description: Client Company is pending registration or expired (Tracking Id: 946101040)
Reproducing the Issue
Access E-verify activity
submit Initial Verification
Error message poped up.
E-Verify Client company id is expired or rejected.
Super Admin access is needed.
navigate to Super admin =>account => E-verify Options
check if Client Company id is empty , Calculate Client ID by Corporate Structure must be checked (Multiple MOU's case)
In case of above scenario , Level 1 of Corporate structure will be considered for E-verify client Company id.
Navigate to Super admin => account => corporate strcuture : Level 1 (key : DivCode)=> click Level Properties => ActivateEVerify and EVerifyClientID key must be configured
now, find out the DivCode for the impacted candidate and see the value (you can get the same by generating any report from advanced report and pull value for DivCode).
Check in Onboarding => reference file => Corporate Structure => Level 1 => find out above DivCode and see the value under E Verify Client Company ID
You can raise an incident with Customer support to check if above Client id is valid or not. Else, you can do it via contacting : email@example.com
