2691956 - The Participants Section Cannot be Added to The Phone Call Quick Create


The Participants cannot be added to the Phone call on creation.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Activities work center.
  2. Go to the Phone Calls view.
  3. Select the New button.
  4. The Participants section is not visible in the Quick Create.


Currently participants can only be added to the Phone Call via the Overview tab within the Phone Call TI.


To add Participants on Phone Call creation is a new feature request. Please post your idea on the Customer Influence Site:
