You want to assign a work center to a Business User but when editing the access rights, the work center is not listed, although you added the work center to the Implementation Project.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administrator work center.
- Select the General Settings view.
- Select the Business Roles hyperlink.
- Select Business Role ABC (ABC represents the Business Role ID).
- Select the Edit button.
- Switch to the Work center and View Assignments.
The work center is not available in the list.
You have created a change project in which you have added the necessary options, but the Change project has not been finished and merged with the active Project.
You can check the active Scope by following these steps:
Go to the Business Configuration work center.
Select the Overview view.
Select the View Active Project Scope button.
After finishing the change Project and merging it with the active Project, the Work Center and View will be available to be assigned to a User and a Business Role.
