2690719 - Time zone cannot be changed in received emails

Symptom

Once user creates a task, the assignee will receive an e-mail notification for the assigned task.

In the e-mail, the timezone of the task is in UTC format, we tried to change the timezone for task creator and the task assignee, but the time zone in the e-mail notification is still unchanged.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2018.15.3

Reproducing the Issue

  1. A user creates a task and assigns it to an assignee.
  2. The assignee received an email and the timezone is in UTC format.
  3. Change the timezone for task assignee but it does not work.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
