2690687 - Exception in Ticket Interactions While Using Adaptation Mode

Symptom

You receive an exception in Ticket Interactions while using Adaptation mode in "Open Layout in HTML5"

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login Fiori UI
  2. Go to Service work center > Tickets view
  3. Open any ticket
  4. In the Profile menu click on Open layout in HTML5
  5. Click on Adapt > Edit Master Layout
  6. Go to the Interactions facet
  7. Click on the New or Reply button
  8. Exception occurs

Cause

The floorplans for HTML5 and Fiori UI is different. Therefore, the custom control which is used for New or Reply in Fiori UI will not be valid for HTML5 and adaptation is not possible using HTML5 UI

Resolution

This is a current expected behavior. You can use Start Personlization option in Fiori UI to modify changes on User level
