Symptom

This article provides information on how to confirm if you have active connections with SAP SuccesFactors Onboarding

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • DocuSign

Resolution

  1. Log in to DocuSign, logon to the environment your account is located. Refer to KBA 2576631.

  2. In DocuSign, click the profile icon and a dropdown menu will show

  3. Click 'Go to Admin'

  4. In the left section under 'Integrations', click 'Connect'. Under the status column will show active connections.

    Select and click an active or inactive connection to confirm.
