Symptom

Image view in Accounts and Contacts is missing.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer - 1808 Release

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to Fiori.
  2. Go to Customers Work Center.
  3. Go to "Accounts" Work Center View.
  4. On the Account Overview Screen, Image View-- Large, Medium, Small, Thumbnail are not available.

Cause

With 1808 release, new view (Image /Thumbnail) is introduced for all views like Contact, Accounts.

This is an adaptation enhancement which must be done by User to see the additional Image Views.

Resolution

"Image view" feature is an adaptation enhancement from 1808 release, which needs must be done by users, in order to see this additional Image on Overview Screen of Account, Contacts.

Table, Map, Calendar and Chunk views are the default view provided.

Execute following steps, to enable this feature in HTML only. Refresh the system, to transfer this feature to Fiori automatically.

  1. Logon to HTML.
  2. Go to Customers Work Center.
  3. Go to Accounts Work Center View.
  4. Go to Adapt. 
  5. Select "Edit Master layout".
  6. On the Account Overview Screen, hover over the column and list.
  7. Select the second icon "+" to "Add Fields".
  8. "Additional Fields" Window Pops up.
  9. In the "Add Fields" facet search for Image.
  10. Select and Check the "Image" row.
  11. Click Apply.
  12. Go to Adapt and "End Layout Changes".
