A customized duplication message is set up for an agency under Admin Center >> Set Up Agency Access. So, when the agency user tries to submit a candidate who already exists in the system, the custom duplication message should be displayed to the agency user. However that message is not displaying, instead the default error message is displayed.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center >> Set Up Agency Access
- For an agency, set up the Duplication message with a custom text.
- As an agency user, login to the Agency portal.
- Try to submit an existing candidate to a requisition. The default error message is displayed.
The 'Agency advanced ownership setting' switch in Provisioning defines the type of agency ownership.
Let us say in Provisioning, the Agency ownership is set to Ownership by Duration, and the duration is defined in the Admin Center >> Setup Agency Access.
Now if the candidate is owned by anyone – themselves (self-ownership), a referrer ( under Employee referral) or another agency – when the agency user submits this candidate, they will see the duplication message setup in Admin Center >> Set Up Agency Access >> Duplication Message.
The duplication message set up in Admin center>> Set Up Agency Access will not be picked up if the Agency ownership is set to Ownership for Requisition.
