Timeout error when trying to import a new job role tag file.

Reproducing the Issue
- Admin Center;
- Import Job Role Tags;
- Get the timeout message (or pages like "The website cannot display the page")
System limitation depending on how big the file trying to be imported is.
There is currently no way to avoid this behavior. Our Development team confirmed that it will not possible to increase the maximum file size upload when importing job role tags into the system as this change would be affecting other system performances, causing more instability. As part of our b1811 (RCM-40478) release (dated for Stage - November 3rd and Production - December 1st), a warning message will be added to the system, notifying users whenever a (too) big import is tried to be processed.
