You see a message 'File not available for download' when trying to download transport object data from the UI.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Administrator work centre.
- Go to the Transport Management view.
- Open a transport request.
- Go to the Transport Content facet.
- Click an attachment in the list to download the XML.
- The message will appear.
'File not available for download.
You have a pop-up blocker enabled for your browser.
Open you browser settings and turn off the pop-up blocker for your tenant.
This will be addressed and corrected in subsequent time.
