2686345 - Approvers are not Receiving Notifications From Approval Process

Symptom

Approvers are not receiving notifications from Approval Process.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Cause

Whether the work center view IPad Offline is not assigned to Approvers, then, they will not receive notifications from the system. It happens once that work center view contains relevant tasks for approval process.

Resolution

In order to send notifications to the Approver, you should assign the work center view IPad Offline for those users.

  1. Go to the Administration work center.
  2. Go to the General Settings work view.
  3. Click Business Users.
  4. Select the Approver user. 
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Select Access Rights option.
  7. Open the Business Role which the user is assigned to.
  8. Click View All.
  9. Go to Work Center and View Assignments.
  10. Flag the checkbox for Work Center/View ID IPAD OFFLINE.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Click Assigned Users.
  13. Select Update Users.
