2685999 - Q3 2018 Release, RCM-47007: Email campaign once configured , emails are not getting triggered to target recipient .

Symptom

Email campaign is configured in the instance as per the new feature of Recruiting -1808 release, based on the standard configurations provided in the release notes for 1808 .

Reproducing the Issue

Step 1:Login in SF --> Recruiting --> Marketting

Step 2: Select campaign name  ->"Configured Campaign Name"

Step 3: try to trigger email then you will see attached error.

Cause

Issue is due to configuration missing .

Resolution

As per the release notes the pre-requisite is to have RMK configuration enabled , which includes enabling the RMK feature is provisioning, and CSB also needs to be enabled . Below are the configurations needed to be enabled in the provisioning.

 

  1. Basic settings of RMK( including the basic Data Stage urls') need to enabled .

  2. Recruiting Marketing with CSB needs to be enabled .
