2683238 - Account can't be upgraded/renewed using the "Upgrade" button in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • When trying to upgrade your account, like purchasing more licenses you're redirected to SAP Store which seems not accessible.
  • "Sorry, but we can't complete your request." error appears instead of the SAP Store.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2018
  • Systems purchased via the SAP Store

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to your account in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  2. Perform "Upgrade" process.
  3. Error appears in the redirected window. 

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
