You created a tile using the setting "Based on start date" to show in the user's home page but some users can't see it though the start date is on the range configured.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a custom tile
- In the menu "Title" and section "Active dates" select "Based on start date"
- Set a range of days to start showing in the user's home page
- User has the start date in the range configured but can't see the tile
Based on start date feature is only available for instances where Onboarding is enabled. This tile will show just for users who were created on Onboarding, if the user affected was created on BizX, it is expected that he/she will not see the tile.
To make this tile available for him/her you need to associate this user with Onboarding, and the association process is not just populating the Onboarding ID on the UDF. You need to open an CS ticket for Onboarding team requesting this association.
