Reproducing the Issue

  1. Browse to an SAP Analytics Cloud tenant purchased from https://www.sapanalytics.cloud/plans-pricing
  2. Log in as System Owner
  3. Select "Upgrade" from the profile menu
  4. Click "Upgrade"
  5. Get directed to https://www.sapstore.com/custom/sapanalytics/cart/add/pages/error/errorPage

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by SAP Store Development.

Order additional licenses via https://discover.sapanalytics.cloud/website-contact-us/?subject=Sales%20Inquiry
