2680922 - Nominations Portlet: What happens when a user is set to Inactive

Symptom

What happens to the user in Nominations portlet if you set them as Inactive in UDF / Manage Users?

Environment

 SuccessFactors Succession Management

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Nominations portlet in Employee Profile

2. Inactivate the user via Admin Center > Manage Users or via UDF Import

3. Go back nominations portlet and see that the user still exist in the portlet.

Resolution

User will still appear in Nominations portlet even if you set them as Inactive. You need to run an adhoc report to see the inactive Nominees via Succession Domain and remove them as Successors via Import Successors.

Below, you'll see the testing made in the Demo environment where Janice Jones was made Inactive.
