2679817 - "This version of the Live Universe Connector is not supported anymore, could you please update to the latest version available on SMP?" when using BOE Live Data Connect in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• "This version of the Live Universe Connector is not supported anymore, could you please update to the latest version available on SMP?" when using BOE Live Data Connect in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• The above error occurs when creating a model, and only occurs when BOE Live Data Connect and Business Intelligence Platform are deployed on the same Tomcat.
• Creating a Live Universe Connection is still fine.

• https://<Tomcat>:8443/sap/boc/ina/GetServerInfo returns the wrong version:

           ServerInfo":{"Client":"000000000000000000","ServerType":"SAP UNX LIVE","SystemId":"UNX","UserLanguageCode":"EN","Version":"0.0.0.0"

• BOE Live Data Connect 1.x or 2.x

1. Download BOE Live Data Connect 1.05 or the latest 1.0.6 (as this KBA is published).
2. Configure BOE Live Data Connect.
3. Create a Live Universe Connection.
4. Create a model based on the above connection. 
5. The error returns: "This version of the Live Universe Connector is not supported anymore, could you please update to the latest version available on SMP".

This issue is caused by a defect in the BOE Live Data Connect 1.x.

Install the latest version of Live Universe Connector 3.x which reduces the need for an additional Tomcat deployment and simplifies configuration steps. To download LUC 3.0, please visit the SMP link below;
