Application Error While creating the Candidate relationship Managment Status and Status set
Reproducing the Issue
1)Access Admin Centre
2)Go to manage data and select create new
3)Select Candidate Relationship Management Status Set
4)Add statusSet ID, Name and Description and press save
Once you click on save getting an application error message:
An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=5b05518a-b54a-401a-8045-7afce4799b60, timestamp=2018-07-26T11:02:42.839+0000, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.
Export the UDF file and check for Address field and the Country field for the user who is creating the Candidate Relationship Management Status Set under manager data.
If the Address filed and Country field are empty then application error message will appear.
Add the details in Country and Address field in UDF file for the user and upload it again and test, it should solve the issue.
