2676434 - Adding a new contact to an account is not reflected in the Changes facet

Symptom

Adding a new contact to an account is not reflected in the Changes facet.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer / Sales / Fiori / HTML5

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer work center.
  2. Select the Accounts view.
  3. Open a random account.
  4. Select the Contacts facet.
  5. Click the Actions button.
  6. Select the Add option.
  7. Click the Values selection of the Contact ID field.
  8. Choose the relevant contact.
  9. Click the OK button.
  10.  Select the Changes facet.

You can see that the previous changes are not reflected here.

Cause

This is expected the system behavior.

Resolution

A new relationship is created, when adding a contact an account and these type of changes are not reflected in the Changes facet.
