2675406 - The Field Owner is not Available to Use as a Filter in the Accounts Advanced Search

Symptom

Owner is not part of the fields you can use to find the Employee responsible of Accounts.

Environment

SAP HYBRIS CLOUD FOR CUSTOMER

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers workcenter.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Enter Advanced Search.

Result: You cannot find the field Owner among the fields available.

Cause

The field Owner is not exposed for the Advanced Search.

Resolution

This is the expected system behaviour.

Nevertheless you can achieve this search by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the Customers workcenter.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Enter Advanced search.
  4. Under the Team section, input the name of the Employee.
  5. In the field Party Role drop down list, choose Employee Responsible.

You may save the query for the future searches.
