In a ticket created via a Twitter channel, the Twitter Profile field is displayed as a text field, instead of a navigational link to the respective social profile.

Reproducing the Issue
Login Fiori UI.
Go to the Service work center.
Go to the Tickets view.
Open ticket 123 (123 represents the ticket ID which is created via Twitter).
Under the Customer section, Twitter Profile field is displayed as Text.
In HTML5 UI the same field is displayed as a navigational link.
This is the system expected behavior. The functionality is planned to be enbale the navigational link and at this point in time, we are not in a position to provide more accurate information on date and/or timelines for this.
