Symptom

HR Service agent can search for relevant solution in the Solution finder using SAP Jam Knowledge Base search.

Environment

  • Employee Central: Service Center
  • JAM

Resolution

Prerequisites

  1. SAP Jam tenant has been provisioned for your SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central company, and you have been given administrator access.
  2. Integrating SAP Hybris Cloud for Service with SAP Jam Feeds - see the "Prepackaged Integration with SAP Jam" handbook

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the following work center view
    .

    Work Center

    Business Configuration

    View

    Implementation Projects

  2. Select First Implementation project.
  3. Choose Edit Project Scope.

  4. Click Next until you reach Scoping.
  5. In the Scoping Elements list, select Serviceà Employee SupportàKnowledge Base.

  6. Click Next.
  7. In Questions, navigate using the following path.
    Service--> Employee Support --> Knowledge base.

  8. Mark in Scope for below Elements:

  9. Click Next.
  10. Review and confirm your project scope.
