Below are the resources SAP Partners may use when implementing and configuring customer requirements about SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- SAP One Support Launchpad – Expert Chat & Schedule an Expert channel are intended for registered customers. Question for implementation will not be entertained or answered. If you feel there’s an issue and not related to your configuration, please proceed on creating an incident.

SAP PartnerEdge contains tools and resources available to SAP Partners to successfully implement SAP products. It is also the place to train and be certified as SAP Partner.

Help Portal contains new information with the product, guides for administrators and partners such as information of the product and configuration setup. It also contains information about leading practices and process summaries.
» SAP SuccessFactors Partner Delivery Community - Onboarding
The PDC is a new online community focused solely on SAP SuccessFactors delivery empowerment, and we’re thrilled to be providing this great new tool to SuccessFactors consultant around the globe.
The site will be the go-to place for consultants to search for answers to their questions, post questions, stay informed with various blogs, and share their knowledge with the global SuccessFactors consulting ecosystem.
It also contains the Partner Implementation Guide, an online guide to provide current and comprehensive information to assist Partner Consultants in successfully implementing SAP SuccessFactors Solutions.

The portal is a gateway to request access to client’s environment. It also contains request to sales demo for testing, SFTP account request & reset, and iContent account request & reset.

The SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support and PS Partner Support delivers support only to trained partner resources.
SAP Partners should have attended a mastery training and/or certification in the product/module that requires assistance of support.
Note: If you have not yet been certified you may seek help from another trained/certified resource in your organization or contact SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services for a paid service.
In addition, when creating a ticket, a general question is considered as low and response time is followed by our SLA, see KBA 2155240 to assess priority of incident reported in Launchpad.
When submitting an incident, please provide the information as requested in KBA 2323444 to prevent delays of gathering information. Please understand that this is a general incident logging template, Product Support may ask for additional information depending on the nature of your issue.
Aside from the information above, please leverage your senior internal resources within your respective organizations as the first line of support.
