2669512 - You Cannot Set Any Field as Mandatory in The Addresses Tab of an Account

Symptom

You cannot set any field as Mandatory in the Addresses tab of the Account TI.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Open any Account ID.
  4. Select Adapt--->Edit Master Layout
  5. Go to the Addresses tab.
  6. Hover over the Street field (for example).
  7. Select Change Properties.
  8. There is no Mandatory property visible for selection.

Cause

This is the expected system behaviour.

Resolution

It is currently not supported to set any field as mandatory which is under a preview pane. This is implemented to maintain the consistency of list data.
