You receive the error "Error during application log access; action failed" in the application log of a Mass Data Run.
- SAP Cloud for Customer.
- SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue
Log into tenant.
Go to your Mass Data Run Workcenter.
Check the application logs of the specific job.
The error "Error during application log access; action failed" usually comes when there are too many items to be written to application log during an MDRO job execution.
If there are too many messages being raised during the execution and application log detail is maintained as "All Details", the issue might arise.
Please check if there are any unnecessary messages being raised in MDR ABSL code and try to reduce this number.
Also, you can try to change the application log detail level to avoid the error message.
To change detail level of the Mass Data Run Object, you can follow the below steps:
- Log into SDK.
- Open MDR.
- Go to Control parameter tab.
- There you will find the option "Detail Level" where you can find the details you want to log.
- Change the detail level.
