Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center > Employee Export or Export Extended User Information;
- Error message is displayed in Employee Export:

This error is related to the S2 Scheduled Jobs not enabled after an Instance Refresh was done.
Open an incident under component "LOD-SF-PLT-JOBS", and inform the issue, so Cloud Product Support can engage Operations team to check if the S2 Scheduled Jobs are enabled or disabled.
