The permission for section comments is set to none but in the SuccessFactors Mobile Performance Review the section comment field is visible.
Reproducing the Issue
- Select a Performance Management form that has the overall section comments enabled but the permissions for the current step are set to none.
- Open the form using a web browser, notice that the section comments field is not visible.
- Open the form using the SuccessFactors mobile application, notice the section comments field is visible and shows "No comments added"
Because of the way the mobile application API pulls the form data, if the overall section comment is enabled the field will appear.
This is expected, if the overall section comments are enabled the field will be visible. If the permission is set to none the field will show "No comments added".
If the section comments are disabled by unchecking the Include an Overall Comment option the section will not appear in the mobile app.
