2661732 - Attachment Column not Available on Customer Activities

Symptom

There is no Attachment column available for the E-Mails tab on the Activities facet in an Account and it is not available to be added via Adaptation mode.

Environment

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click Adapt > Edit Master Layout.
  2. Go to the Customer work centre.
  3. Go to the Accounts view.
  4. Open any account.
  5. Go to the Activities facet.
  6. Hover over any of the columns of the E-Mails Pane.

Result: No Attachments column is available.

Cause

Adding the column to standard is a new feature request.

Resolution
