A pop up comes up with claim details when clicked on the Details link in In Process claims section for Benefits. There are fields in the screen that are defined in the BenefitEmployeeClaim object, though these fields are not in the MDF UI that is selected for the claim in Benefits Admin Overview -> Benefit -> The concerned benefit -> Claim Screen ID.
Employee Central: Global Benefits
This is an expected behavior. Currently it is not possible to customize the In-process claim details. The Claim details quick card always takes fields from the Benefit Employee Claim object definition.
