Resolution

Data capture forms configuration:

Information on the configuration of the Data capture forms and adding them to landing pages is available in the Data Capture Forms section of our CRM Implementation guide.

Note that only a certain number of Standard Candidate Profile fields are available for addition to Data Capture forms. They currently are:

Primary Email , Email, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Country, Resume, Address

The addition of standard fields must be requested via enhancemeent requests (see KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products)

Note that a recruiter can add custom fields created with the Candidate Profile Extension MDF object into the data capture form. This is documented in the Recruiting Management Implementation guide.

Also note that the privacy policy text does not display until after the country is selected, and one cannot click Submit until they have accepted the privacy policy.
